Leo Season: Stepping Into the Light  

As the Sun roars into Leo, we step into a season ruled by fire, courage, and heart. Leo is the sign of radiant expression, creative passion, and unapologetic selfhood. It’s ruled by the Sun itself, the center of our solar system. Leo season is an invitation to become the center of your own life without shame or hesitation.

Whether or not you were born under this sign, Leo’s energy touches everyone. As the Sun moves through the sign of Leo, we are all bathed in its warmth, and collectively, we feel its energies rise to the surface.

Self-Expression & Confidence
This is a time to take up space; Not in a domineering way, but in a way that honors your true self. You may feel called to speak more boldly, share your work more freely, or wear your heart on your sleeve.

Creativity & Joy
Leo rules the inner child, the artist, the performer. During this season, creative energy runs high. Whether through art, movement, writing, or play, this is a beautiful time to reconnect with what brings you joy just because.

Heart-Centered Living
Leo is ruled by the heart, both literally and metaphorically. You may find yourself more tuned in to situations and experiences of love, loyalty, and generosity. This is a great time to open the heart, heal the ego, and practice fierce compassion (for yourself and others).

Shadow Work: Pride, Attention-Seeking, and Control
With all this solar power, Leo Season can also illuminate where we might be clinging too tightly to recognition, validation, or needing to be “right.” It’s a chance to ask: Am I living from love… or from fear of not being seen?

Ways to Work with Leo Season:

·      Journal about where you’ve been playing small or hiding your light. What would it look like to step forward instead?

·      Try a simple sun-charging ritual - charging your tools, jewelry, or even yourself (safely with sunscreen!) under the Sun’s light.

·      Reconnect with your inner child through something playful, joyful, and creative. Whatever sparks joy in your heart - coloring, dancing…

·      Reflect on the concept of sovereignty: Where in your life do you need to reclaim your power and ownership?

Leo Season is not about perfection; it is about presence. Bold, radiant, loving, joyful presence. Let yourself be seen. Let yourself shine.
